Roasters has grown in popularity ever since it first opened in the center of Montreal at Marche Central. The secret to our success is our attention to quality. There are simply too many “sports bars” with mediocre food. At Roasters we put food first, because although sport events create a great atmosphere, people go to restaurants to eat.

Franchising, Real Estate and Construction

We value our franchisees, and believe that working as a team. After working through the application, approval and site selection process with a member of Boston Pizza’s franchising team, new franchisees collaborate alongside our real estate experts to secure financing and finalize leasing details.

From there franchisees are assigned a dedicated project manager who joins forces with the contractors, architects and municipality to build the restaurant and prepare for opening.

Operations

Boston Pizza provides an extensive seven week training program for new franchisees and their restaurant management team.

In-store staff training begins two weeks prior to opening with the arrival of four corporate trainers who teach Boston Pizza’s successful systems to staff and management. These trainers stay on to provide support for two week post-opening, at which point the restaurant is assigned a Field Services Manager for dedicated operational support.

The Field Services Manager ensures that our franchise team has everything they need to operate a profitable restaurant.

Marketing

Boston Pizza’s regional marketing teams help new and existing franchisees drive guest traffic, raise awareness in the community and build repeat guests.  Dedicated Regional Marketing Managers act as consultants to each Boston Pizza location to assist in implementation and understanding of national promotions and work on local store marketing action plans.

Boston Pizza leads the industry with resources to support our franchisees in their community.

Recognizing that sales success starts at home, our community relations program helps our franchisees to recruit a Community Relations Coordinator. This dynamic individual will ensure our franchisees have all the tools they need to help engage the community.
