After spending close to 30 years in Hospitality, Paul Mon-Kau has worked in every position including having sold Commercial Restaurant equipment for 10 years. From designing, leasing, building and operating four of his own restaurants to creating the menus for a few of Vancouver’s most popular restaurants Paul Mon-Kau is certainly experienced enough to be called an Hospitality Industry Veteran.

He was also highly involved in the Provincial Governments Liquor Policy reform and built many strong relationships with breweries, wineries, distilleries and distributors.
After getting his Red Seal Chef papers and his Bachelor of Hospitality Management he strongly feels that he is well equipped to help in almost any transaction.
